Refunds & Returns Policy

This Refunds & Returns Policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and returns are handled by Trophē Nutrition in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Appointments & Services

Due to the personalised nature of nutrition consultations:

  • We do not offer refunds for completed consultations
  • No refunds are provided for change of mind after services have been delivered
  • Results are not guaranteed and vary between individuals
     

However, you are entitled to a refund or remedy under Australian Consumer Law if services are not provided with due care and skill or are not as described.


Prepaid Services & Packages (if applicable)

Where prepaid services or packages are purchased:

  • Refunds for unused sessions may be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • Any refund approved may incur an administration fee
  • Requests must be made in writing to emilia@trophenutrition.com.au
     

Digital Products (if applicable)

For any digital content, programs, or downloadable resources:

  • Refunds are not available once accessed or downloaded
  • Unless required by Australian Consumer Law
     

Supplements Purchased Directly from Us

If supplements are purchased directly from Trophē Nutrition the following applies:

  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds on opened supplements due to safety and hygiene reasons
  • Unopened supplements may be returned within 14 days if faulty or damaged
  • Defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied supplements will be replaced or refunded in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind, taste preference, or incorrect selection
     

Third-Party Supplement Purchases

Where supplements are purchased from third-party retailers or suppliers:

  • Trophē Nutrition is not responsible for the quality, delivery, refunds or exchanges
  • Any disputes must be resolved directly with the retailer or supplier
     

Effectiveness & Individual Response

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from nutrition services or supplement use. 

Refunds will not be provided based solely on:

  • Lack of perceived results
  • Individual response or intolerance
  • Changes in personal circumstances
     

Clients are responsible for discontinuing supplement use and seeking medical advice if adverse reactions occur.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

  • Date of service or purchase
  • Reason for the request
     

We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Where services or products fail to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair.

We may update this policy from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
