Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Trophē Nutrition. By booking or attending a consultation, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Nature of Services

Trophē Nutrition provides nutrition consultation services based on evidence-informed nutrition science and client goals.

We are not medical practitioners and do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Our services are not a substitute for medical advice from a qualified medical professional.

Supplement Disclaimer

Any supplements recommended by Trophē Nutrition are intended for nutritional support only and are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Supplements should not be considered a replacement for medical treatment or prescribed medication.

We encourage all clients to consult with their medical practitioner before commencing any new supplement, particularly if pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication. Individual responses to supplements vary, and Trophē Nutrition is not responsible for adverse reactions or interactions.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Inform us of any relevant medical conditions
• Follow recommendations at your own discretion
• Seek medical clearance where appropriate
• Understand that outcomes depend on individual circumstances
   

Telehealth Services

Where consultations are delivered via telehealth:

• You consent to communication via electronic platforms
• You acknowledge the potential limitations of virtual consultations
• You agree to provide a private and secure environment on your end
• You understand that services may be discontinued if technical or privacy issues arise
   

Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be booked through our booking system or directly with us.

• Cancellations to be made at least 12-24 hours prior to your appointment, however if unforeseen circumstances arise last minute cancellations are accepted.  
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments when necessary

Fees and Payments

• All fees are disclosed prior to booking
• Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed
• Outstanding fees may result in refusal of future services
   

Rebates and Health Funds

Clients are responsible for confirming eligibility for rebates with their health fund. We do not guarantee that services will be rebated by any insurer.

Confidentiality

All personal information is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Your Business Name] is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from:

Termination of Services
